REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

• Incorrect items received
• Manufacturing defects

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Custom-made garments
• Embroidered or personalised items
• Bulk or institutional orders

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins
• Once production or embroidery starts, cancellations are not allowed
