3. Orders & Payments (WooCommerce)

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are processed through WooCommerce secure checkout.
• Payment must be completed before orders are processed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Custom & Embroidered Items

Customised items (including embroidered names, logos, or special sizing):

• Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
• Must have correct details supplied at checkout via Order Notes.
• We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

5. Bulk & Institutional Orders

Bulk or institutional orders (schools, hospitals, organisations):

• Require written confirmation and/or quotation approval.
• May require a deposit or full upfront payment.
• Production timelines vary based on quantity and customisation.
• Cancellations after production begins are not permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, logos, images, and text remain the intellectual property of Prince Daniel and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
